1. Grant of License

Purchasing a product on this site grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that product's files, subject to the specific license terms listed on the product's page and any license key issued to you. Ownership of the product itself remains with us or our licensors — you are licensing the right to use it, not purchasing the underlying rights.

2. Permitted Use

Unless a product's listing states otherwise, your license permits personal or internal business use of the downloaded files. The specific scope (e.g. single-use, per-seat, per-domain) is defined per product and, where applicable, tied to the license key assigned to your order.

3. Restrictions

You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or share purchased files or license keys with third parties, claim authorship of the product, or use it in any way that violates applicable law. Sharing an account or license key to grant access to someone who has not purchased the product is a violation of this policy.

4. Membership-Included Products

Products made available as part of a membership plan remain licensed for use only while that membership is active, unless the product's own listing grants a perpetual license. Access may be withdrawn if your membership lapses or is canceled.

5. License Keys

License keys are issued to a single purchaser and order. A revoked, refunded, or charged-back order invalidates the associated license key. Keep your license key confidential — you are responsible for activity under a key issued to you.

6. Termination

We may revoke a license where these terms are violated. Termination does not entitle you to a refund beyond what is described in our Refund Policy.
