Refund Policy

1. Digital Products

All products sold on this site are digital goods delivered electronically — downloadable files and/or license keys. Because a digital product can be accessed immediately upon purchase, all sales are final once a download link has been issued or a license key has been assigned, except as described below.

2. Eligibility for a Refund

We will issue a refund if any of the following apply: the file you received is corrupted or materially different from its product description; you were charged more than once for the same order; or the product was never delivered due to a technical fault on our end. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not issue refunds for change of mind, incompatibility with software or hardware you did not verify before purchase, or once a license key has been activated/redeemed. Membership-exclusive products are covered by your membership plan's own cancellation terms, not this policy.

4. How to Request a Refund

Contact us with your order reference and the reason for your request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; depending on your payment provider, this may take several business days to appear.

5. Revoked Access

Once a refund is approved, any download links and license keys issued for that order are revoked and may no longer be used.
